All welcome to attend, whether you’ve been a patient or simply want to celebrate the lives touched by Mercy Flight Central.

Join us for a meaningful evening right at our helicopter hangar in Rome, NY, as we honor the lives touched through our mission.

The event will recognize the dedication of our life-saving crews and reflect on the impact of the care provided by Mercy Flight Central and our partners.

The evening will include a special candle lighting ceremony, with candles available for pre-purchase or for purchase at the event.

5:30 PM – Event Begins

  • Two food trucks will be on-site with delicious bites available for purchase

  • Tour the Mercy Flight Simulator Trailer

  • Stop by the Mercy Flight Central SWAG booth to purchase some branded goodies

  • Share your story or take photos at our testimonial booth

  • Enjoy live music

6:30 PM – Program

  • Welcome & remarks by President & CEO Lauren Kolb

6:45 PM – Candle Lighting

  • Light a candle in honor of patients and lives impacted
