Community Outreach
At MFC we have the opportunity to talk with many dedicated professionals from various 911 centers across New York State daily. Through our outreach team, we have the opportunity to build relationships at the ground level with these professionals through visits to the centers, educational presentations, and more.
911 Centers
The fire departments that we work with are our eyes on the ground, and safely set up our landing zones while providing key information to the incoming aircraft. The EMS crews provide life saving measures while waiting for us to arrive on scene, and make a significant impact on patient’s lives. MFC is grateful to have such talented community partners that allow us to do our job more efficiently each and every day.

The hospitals that we work with are an essential part of helping patients in their time of need. Whether we are doing transfers from one facility to another, or bringing patients in from a scene, these hospitals help us provide the highest level of care possible.

MercyLink Resources

MercyLink is Mercy Flight Central's secure online portal for authorized 911 centers, hospitals, and Mercy Flight Central staff. The portal allows users to request air medical transport, securely share patient and incident information, and receive real-time mission status updates from dispatch through patient transport.
Existing users can log in using the Login tab. Organizations or users requiring access may request an account through the Register tab.
