Our Air Medical Teams are comprised of Registered Nurses and Certified Paramedics, providing specialized emergency on-scene and critical-care interfacility transport via helicopter and turbo-prop aircraft. Our Communications Specialists are tasked with maintaining our communications center. Communications specialists receive emergency requests for our aircraft, notify air medical personnel of these requests, and provide mission critical information such as GPS response coordinates, aircraft flight following, and medical center notifications. The Operational Leadership Team includes the Program Director, Operations Manager, Critical Care Supervisor, Base Supervisors, Training & Education Coordinator, Outreach Specialists, Communications Center Management, and Human Resources. All play a vital role in the management of operations and personnel.

Our Board of Directors consists of individuals from a variety of backgrounds. All are volunteers who dedicate their time in support of the company. Board members meet regularly to define and monitor company strategy.

Mercy Flight Central has a team of dedicated Medical Control Physicians who volunteer their time to support air medical personnel during their missions. They are available with every flight taken and rotate their specialty on call to us 24/7/365.

Development Team consists of employees and volunteers, all striving to educate and cultivate individuals who support our organization through donations.
